Who is guru yogi Sat Náth?

Programs include:

- Practical and theoretical final examination for certification
- Certification:
Nath panth guaranteed certificate and title:
Aramba yogi, Ghata yogi, Parichaye yogi

-  All programs compulsory
(you can have voluntary discipline, but do not get the certificate)

- Organic vegan meals.
- Sleeping in the meditation room.

ARAMBA
1 day of silence, 1 day of fasting, cleanse of digestion by Shatkarma, 9 Asana sets, Prana Vidya, guided relaxation and meditation techniques every day, mantras, 1 Havan ritual 

GHATA
All as Aramba, 3 days silence, 1-3 days of fasting, intermediate Asana, Prana Nigraha, systém of Laya relaxation, Bandha, Mudra, Bij Mantras, 2 Havans.

PARICHAYE
All as Aramba and Ghata, 1 day of silence a week, 1 day of fasting a week, advanced Asana, Pranayama, Dharana, Dhyana, Kundalini Kriya, Ajap mantras, Havan guiding.
